is versatile and fits most standard household and office bins, ranging from 25
to 50 litres (6 to 13 gallons). It’s adjustable design ensures a secure fit in both smaller and larger

Can BINMATE be used with any type of rubbish bag?
Yes, BINMATE is compatible with a variety of standard rubbish bag rolls from other brands. However, give our bag a go it’s durable, extra-thick compostable and it’s already included in our BINMATE kit. For the best experience, BINMATE bag rolls are specifically designed for smooth, hassle-free dispensing.

The BINMATE Bag Holder is available in one universal size, designed to accommodate all BINMATE bag roll sizes. The compatible bag sizes include Medium (27L), Large (36), and Extra Large (50L). BINMATE is available exclusively in black.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. But BINMATE is in high demand and expanding fast and we will be available in international markets very soon.
How much does shipping cost and how long does shipping take?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all Australian orders. But great news BINMATE will pay shipping for you for all orders $99 or above. Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on weekdays are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy for BINMATE?
You are entitled to return your order within 30 days of receipt if: The product is damaged, defective, or faulty.
Does BINMATE come with a warranty?
Yes, although there is a 12-month warranty on BINMATE from date of purchase we’re sure that BINMATE will keep you and your family happy for many years to come.
